- Queen BeeJun 06, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When your in Abilene, TX rent your vehicle from AVIS or Hertz. I have never been so poorly treated as I was this evening by the clerk at Budget. She was reluctant to provide any service and said no to everything I inquired on. I am a loyal budget car customer for businesses and this is the worst I have ever been treated.
