- John DarvilleJul 13, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is my second stay at MCM Abilene in the last month. The room is fantastic. Dark and quiet. Breakfast was nice, but the friendly welcoming greeting we received from Bradley made it great.
However, Stephanie at the front desk last night seemed to be working to run us off. Unwelcoming, kirt, unfriendly - providing as little information as she thought she could get by with - she is in dire need of some customer service skills training.
Everything else was great.
