  My father was a resident here for nearly 3 years. During that time, he had nothing but good things to say about Stacy, the receptionist who he adored. The other residents were nice as well. But the nice stopped there and went downhill as time went on. The one constant complaint my father had was the food quality. Burnt toast. Cold eggs and coffee. Food that was impossible to cut or chew. Once in a while, something would be good, but for the most part, this was his chief complaint. We even had meetings with the Chef and Manager but it never seemed to make a difference. His room was comfortable but the bedroom was larger than the living room, which was a bit awkward. He loved April the van driver and never had anything but good to say about her. She was prompt, helpful and always smiling. The main reason he moved out was due to a infestation of bed bugs. The management misled him about the seriousness of them, and while they tried to fix it, I never felt comfortable. For my dad, he was so stressed and in his words 'disgusted'. We moved him out to another facility also owned by Segora and is so much more happy. From my perspective, the staff at Lyndale, who are charged with the health, safety and wellness of my family member, let him down.
